Removing Bullet Points

Greetings!
I have a scenario in which as user has added a bulleted list slide, and has
added bullet points to all the text on the slide. However, she wanted to
remove some of the bullets from some of the leading text. For example,
change this:

- Lead Text
sub text
sub text
To look like this (notice no bullet before "Lead"):
Lead Text
sub text
sub text
But after selecting the Leader text, and turning off the bullets button, she
finds that even after a save, when the file is reopened, it reapplies the
bullets she had turned off.

Any known cause for this and solution? I found a work around, but I'd be
interested in knowing what caused this and if there's any other solution.

Thanks,
JRM

Hi,

The only thing I can think that would cause this is reapplying the layouts
to the slide (automatically for some reason). Try changing the slide layout
to title only. It should leave the text, but remove the association with the
text placeholder in the slide master.
